Welcome to Mercy Academy!

Mercy's theme for the 2007-2008 school year is "Where Girls with Dreams Become Women of Vision." We feel that this tells the story of Mercy...an excellent school that provides a first rate secondary education for young women.

Mercy is a school of 540 students and if you were to also interview our faculty, staff and parents they would tell you that Mercy is "small by design."

By making a commitment to maintaining a small atmosphere for our students, we can provide an experience for our students that help them to grow, not only academically, but also spiritually and individually as well. At Mercy, you'll find quality in a small package. A recent study by the American Legislative Exchange Council found that smaller classes and personalized attention often improve students' performances on tests like the SAT and ACT. That dedication to a personalized classroom setting is what Mercy Academy believes in and therefore provides to every student.
