Retreat Life at Mercy

We believe that to be effective in real life, a student must first know herself before tackling challenges beyond high school. The purpose of the retreat program is to equip students with the ability to contemplate and provide each participant with a unique opportunity to share her experiences in a trusting atmosphere of a Christian community. On retreat, each participant will have opportunities to deepen her faith and enrich her awareness of self, family, relationships, creation, and God. They will do this through various collaborative activities, discussion with students, alumnae, and faculty, and personal reflection. Christian values, which empower young women, act as the backbone of this retreat program.
