Frequently Asked Questions
are your summer camps for girls and boys?
Most of our camps are for both girls and boys. Exceptions to this are the basketball (Grades 4-9), cheerleading, field hockey, lacrosse, softball and volleyball camps (Grades 3-9) , which are for girls only.
can I participate in more than one camp?
Absolutely! You can participate in as many camps as you like as long as they don't fall on the same day and time.
i have two camps in one day. can I stay at mercy between camps?
Yes! If you are interested in one of our 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. camps and one of our 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. camps in the same week, you are welcome to bring your own lunch and stay at Mercy until your afternoon camp begins. Be sure to click YES on the registration form, indicating that your child will be staying between camps.
where do camps take place?
All camps are at Mercy's beautiful campus located at 5801 Fegenbush Lane. If you need further information, please call us at (502) 671-2010.
can i get a refund?
Unfortunately, Mercy is unable to offer you a refund once your payment has been made. If your camper is unable to attend the camp he or she is registered for and you would like to apply the cost of that camp to another camp, we will allow exchanges to be made. Any additional costs should be brought to Mercy in cash or with a check made payable to Mercy Academy. For athletic camp exchanges, please contact Lorraine Carner at lcarner@mercyjaguars.com. For academic camp exchanges, please contact Shelly Ball at sball@mercyjaguars.com.
