Tickets and Jag Passes

Jag Passes


The Jag Pass is an all-sports admission pass that provides entry to Mercy’s home athletic events (excluding postseason or special tournaments) - two Jag Passes are included with every athletic fee.

Jag Pass Details:

  • Once rosters are turned into the Athletic and Business Offices and athletic fees have been charged to FACTS accounts, passes will be given to the coach to distribute at the next practice. 
  • If you wish to receive your passes prior to your daughter’s season, please contact the Athletic Office.
  • Additional season passes are available for purchase through the Athletic Office by sending $50.00 cash or a check (made out to Mercy). We encourage all Mercy supporters (aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, etc.) to purchase their Jag Pass today!
  • Jag Passes will be numbered and a record of who has which passes will be kept in the Athletic Office. Should your Jag Pass be lost or stolen, we can “deactivate” that number and issue a new Jag Pass. 
  • These passes will not be valid for away games, special events/tournaments, or any post-season contest - even if those events are held at Mercy.

Please have your Jag Pass with you to gain free admission. Our volunteers who work the admissions gates are asked not to grant free admission to anyone who cannot produce their Jag Pass.

Jag Passes are not required, but are a great way to support Mercy Athletics throughout the year. Without a Jag Pass, tickets can only be purchased on GoFan or at the gate with a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.

GoFan Mobile Ticketing Platform

Mercy Athletics uses GoFan, the nation’s leading digital ticketing platform for high school sports and events, for all ticket sales. There will be no cash ticket sales at the gate.

What is GoFan?
GoFan allows fans to easily purchase, access, share, and manage tickets using their smartphone, tablet, or computer. Tickets can be purchased at GoFan.co or through the free GoFan app, available on iOS and Android. No printed tickets or screenshots are accepted - all tickets must be presented on a mobile device.

How It Works:

  • After purchase, tickets are sent via email and/or text message.
  • At the gate, simply click “View Tickets” and wait for the ticket taker to validate it.
  • Do not click “Use Ticket” until prompted by the gate staff.
  • If the validation screen is not green, entry will not be permitted.

Mercy Students receive free admission to all regular season home athletic events with their school ID.

Payment Options:
In addition to advance online purchases, we now accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at the gate through secure card readers - making last-minute ticketing easy and convenient.
