Tickets and Passes

Mobile Ticketing - GoFan

Mercy Athletics will be moving exclusively to online ticket sales using GoFan, for admittance to all athletic events. Jag Passes are also available for purchase through the Athletic Office. Mercy students do not pay to attend home athletic events. All tickets and Jag Passes will be self-validated at the gate. DO NOT VALIDATE until the ticket taker sees your phone and says to validate.  If your validate box is not green, you will not be permitted to enter the event. There will be no cash sale of tickets at the gate.

Mercy fans are encouraged, but not required, to download the GoFan app to their phone for convenience in purchasing tickets and receiving up-to-the-minute notifications about cancellations or postponements via text or email.

Jag Passes

We are excited to continue offering all-season sports passes, known as “Jag Passes”, to the best fans around! Each Jag Pass will grant the original cardholder admission to all regular season contests held at Mercy during the 2024-2025 school year. Please see the details below.

Jag Pass Details:

  • Each student-athlete will receive two Jag Passes after they pay their mandatory $200 athletic fee through their FACTS account at the beginning of the season. Once rosters are turned into the Athletic and Business Offices, passes will be given to the coach to pass out at the next practice. If you wish to receive your passes prior to your daughter’s season, please contact the Athletic Office.
  • Additional season passes are available for purchase through the Athletic Office by sending $50.00 cash or a check (made out to Mercy). We encourage all Mercy supporters (aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, etc.) to purchase their Jag Pass today!
  • Jag Passes will be numbered and a record of who has which passes will be kept in the Athletic Office. Should your Jag Pass be lost or stolen, we can “deactivate” that number and issue a new Jag Pass. 
  • These passes will not be valid for away games, special events/tournaments, or any post-season contest - even if those events are held at Mercy.
  • Please have your Jag Pass with you to gain free admission. Our volunteers who work the admissions gates are asked not to grant free admission to anyone who cannot produce their Jag Pass.
