Summer Camps

As we follow the federal, state, and local regulations in accordance with COVID-19, we are canceling our June in-person camps. We have closely followed the recommendations of government officials and the CDC to make decisions based on the health and safety of our campers.

July camps are PENDING. We will continue to evaluate conditions and guidelines daily. We will make a July camp announcement as soon as we can.

We understand the importance of camp offerings for families as you look for ways to keep your children active and engaged over the summer. While our in-person camps are canceled for June, Mercy will be offering some alternative camp options for anyone who would like to participate; we are still finalizing the details. Some of our camps will be rescheduling an in-person camp for a later date. Other camps will offer a virtual minicamp and all of our virtual offerings will be FREE of charge. Our staff will be working diligently over the next couple of weeks to finalize these details and get the information up to date on the website.

While we are sad to not have our campers in the building this June, we feel confident that this is best for the safety and health of our campers. Please be patient with us as we work through the restructuring of our June camp options. We will continue to provide you with the most up to date information as we have it.

REFUNDS: We will also be working over the next several weeks to provide refunds for those camps that are canceled. Those refunds will be put back onto the original form of payment when possible. We will be in touch with you if you have registered for camps that are being rescheduled for a future date. It is our hope that the rescheduled date works for you and your family. If it doesn't we will provide you with a full refund.
